Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agensor (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agensor is a credit-based billing and metering platform for AI agent products. It provides a TypeScript SDK and a hosted SaaS backend that lets developers give their end-users a credit wallet, track usage in real time, enforce spend limits, and accept payments via Stripe.

Agensor is not a large language model provider, AI gateway, or proxy. All AI inference happens in your own infrastructure; Agensor only handles billing and metering.

3. Account Registration & API Keys

To use the Service you must create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

API keys are sensitive credentials. Do not commit them to public repositories or share them with unauthorised parties. If you believe a key has been compromised, rotate it immediately from the dashboard. Agensor is not liable for damage caused by leaked keys.

4. Payment & Billing

Billing is processed via Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise Agensor to charge your chosen payment method for any subscription fees or usage charges you incur.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Usage-based charges (if applicable to your plan) are billed at the end of each billing period. All prices are listed exclusive of VAT where applicable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent from Agensor.
  • Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications to end-users via the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure (e.g. intentional DDoS).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Agensor does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agensor's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Agensor in the three months preceding the claim.

Agensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding invoices, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and, where applicable, the regulations of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory provisions of your local law provide otherwise.

For EU consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
